This document defines the shipping and return policies for all purchases made at wb01.watchhousesale.com. All transactions are processed and fulfilled by Wai Lun Limited. Customers are required to read and accept these terms before completing any order.

Shipping Policy

Wai Lun Limited ships to all addresses within the serviceable regions indicated at checkout. Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 3 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. A tracking number is provided via email once the order is dispatched. Wai Lun Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

Returns Policy – 14-Day Unconditional Returns

Wai Lun Limited grants a 14-day unconditional return window for all products purchased on wb01.watchhousesale.com. The 14-day period begins on the date the order is delivered to the customer’s specified address. Returns are accepted for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with the product.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, stains, or damage. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact. Wai Lun Limited reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense, or disposal will occur after 30 days of rejection notice.

Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer. Wai Lun Limited does not provide prepaid labels or reimburse return shipping fees. The customer is responsible for selecting a reliable shipping carrier and for ensuring the returned package is properly tracked and insured. Wai Lun Limited is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return Process

Customers wishing to return a product must follow the procedure below exactly. Failure to complete any step may result in delayed or rejected refunds.

Step 1 – Request a Return Authorization
Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. The email must include the order number, the product(s) to be returned, and the reason for return. Wai Lun Limited will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization number (RMA). No return will be accepted without a valid RMA.

Step 2 – Prepare the Package
Pack the product securely in its original packaging or an equivalent box. Include the original packing slip or a printed copy of the order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Remove or cover any old shipping labels.

Step 3 – Ship to the Designated Return Address

The customer must pay all shipping charges directly to the carrier. Wai Lun Limited does not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Step 4 – Provide Proof of Return
After shipping, email the tracking number and carrier name to [email protected]. This notification is required to initiate the refund inspection process.

Step 5 – Inspection and Refund Initiation
Once the returned package arrives at Flat 38, Block 6, Coastal Skyline, 35 Man Tung Road, Tung Chung, Wai Lun Limited inspects the product within 5 business days. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund process begins. If the product fails inspection, Wai Lun Limited notifies the customer via email and either rejects the return or offers a partial refund at Wai Lun Limited discretion.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. The time from return acceptance to funds availability in the customer’s account is minimum 14 calendar days. This period includes processing by Wai Lun Limited and additional clearing time required by banks, card networks, or payment processors.

The 14-day minimum begins on the date Wai Lun Limited accepts the returned product. No refunds are issued before the 14th day. Actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on the customer’s financial institution.

PayPal Refunds – Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

For transactions made via PayPal, the baseline refund processing period is minimum 14 calendar days following return acceptance. However, certain jurisdictions impose legal requirements for PayPal payments that override this baseline.

In jurisdictions where local consumer protection laws or PayPal-specific regulations mandate a 30-day refund period, Wai Lun Limited complies with the 30-day requirement. The applicable jurisdiction is determined by the customer’s shipping address at the time of order. Wai Lun Limited applies the longer period (30 days) whenever a local law explicitly requires it for PayPal transactions. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws. No request for expedited PayPal refunds will be accommodated within the first 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned: underwear, socks, swimwear with hygiene seals (if seal is broken), gift cards, final sale items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page, and any item damaged by the customer after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the ordered item, the customer must contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Wai Lun Limited will provide instructions for return or exchange. In such cases, return shipping costs are borne by Wai Lun Limited only after the damage or error is verified through photos or video evidence. A refund or replacement is processed within 14 days of verification.

Refund Exclusions

The original shipping cost paid by the customer is non-refundable. Any discounts or promotional codes applied to the original order are forfeited upon return. Wai Lun Limited deducts no restocking fees. However, if the return package arrives with missing components or damage caused by insufficient packaging, Wai Lun Limited deducts an amount equal to the depreciated value of the product from the refund.
